ONLINE ORDER RETURN POLICY:
We want you to love your SEE eyewear! If for any reason you are unhappy with your online purchase, send your order back to us within 14 days from the original purchase date in its new and unused condition.
To return an order online, simply package the frame in the original case and packaging, include a copy of your receipt and use the prepaid UPS return shipping label that was included in your shipment.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY:
Every order is custom, so we cannot return the glasses once the order is in process. For non-prescription sunglasses we don’t offer refunds, but store credit will be given within 10 days for glasses returned in spanking new condition.
